SEAFORD, DE – January 17, 2008 – Disaster Action Team (DAT) members of the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula responded to a fire on Wilkins Branch Rd in Caroline County, MD. The family’s immediate needs were met and they were supplied with food, clothing, and shelter.
