January 20, 2010 Wilmington, DE- A Tuesday night fire displaced a Seaford resident after their Horseshoe Lane home was destroyed. Volunteers with the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula met with the resident today and provided clothing, a safe place to stay and groceries.
