Wilmington, DE – January 24, 2008 – Three adults and one child were affected by the apartment fire on Stroud St. The victims of the Stroud St. fire were assisted with food, shelter, and clothing. Five adults and three children were affected by the fire on Stevens Ave. The victims of the Stevens Ave. fire were assisted with clothing, food, and infant supplies. Housing assistance was not needed by the family. All the services were provided by trained Disaster Action Team volunteers with the American Red Cross.
