February 9, 2010 Wilmington, DE- The American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula met with a Millsboro, DE family of two adults this morning after a build-up of snow caused the roof of their Colonial Avenue home to collapse. The Red Cross is providing the family with a safe place to stay, clothing and groceries.
