March 8, 2010 Wilmington, DE- Volunteers with the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula helped a Seaford, DE family after their Cloverdale Road home was damaged by fire on Saturday evening. The Red Cross provided the family of two adults with a safe place to stay, groceries and clothing.

Another family was also helped by the local Red Cross this weekend when a Sunday morning fire destroyed their State Forest Road home in Georgetown, DE. The five adults received a safe place to stay, clothing and groceries from the Red Cross.
