April 2, 2010 Wilmington, DE- The American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula will send its Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) to Providence, RI tomorrow morning. Two volunteers will drive the ERV to Rhode Island to assist with feeding the residents of Providence as they clean up after flooding hit their area.
