Multi-Family Fire in Bear

Wilmington, DE, April 5, 2012 — The American Red Cross continues to be on the scene after a multi-family fire on Brandywine Drive in Bear, DE early this morning.  Red Cross staff and volunteers are still meeting with those affected by the fire to assess their immediate emergency needs.  As of noon today, the Red Cross has met with 16 families and provided their immediate needs for food and/or clothing.  All 16 families already have a safe place to stay.  Updates to follow.
