Red Cross assists Ogletown, DE Families after Early Morning Fire

April 9, 2010 Wilmington, DE- The American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula is assisting five families (13 adults and 4 children) today after their Harbor Club Apartment homes on Cheswold Boulevard were damaged by an early morning fire. Red Cross volunteers and staff met with each family to assess their immediate emergency needs. Your local Red Cross works to meet the immediate, emergency needs of every person affected after a disaster. Red Cross assistance may include temporary shelter, food, clothing (including seasonal garments like coats), storage containers, and comfort kits (which include various toiletries).
