Thirteen Fires in Nine Days

 

 

Wilmington, DE, April 11, 2012 Recently, our community was affected by multiple fires and the Red Cross was there to help.  From April 1, 2012 through April 9, 2012, the local Red Cross responded to 13 fires, assisting 37 families (89 people in total).  Red Cross assistance is assessed for each disaster and may include temporary shelter, clothing, groceries, and comfort kits (various toiletries).
