April 25, 2010 Wilmington, DE- Volunteers with the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula met with a family of four (two adults and two children) after their home on Cosby Avenue was damaged by a kitchen fire last night. The Red Cross is assisting the family with a safe place to stay and groceries.
