August 12, 2010 Wilmington, DE- Volunteers with the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula met with a family of two adults early this morning after a fire destroyed their Johnson Court home. The Red Cross is providing the family with groceries, clothing, a safe place to stay, and comfort kits (various toiletries). Sadly, the family’s 12 week old puppy did not survive the fire.
