RED CROSS ON SCENE TO HELP EASTON FAMILIES AFTER WATER EMERGENCY

Seaford, DE – August 19, 2006 – Sixteen families were given cases of drinking water by American Red Cross volunteers after a pumping station problem left them without water in Easton earlier today. The volunteers from the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula distributed the water to the forty-two people during the heat of the day, while repairs were being made to resolve the situation.
