Seaford, DE – September 25, 2007 – A family of 2 adults was assisted by Red Cross volunteers after a fire destroyed their rental home Saturday on Possum Point Rd in Millsboro, DE. The family was provided with food, and clothing, by trained volunteers from the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula..

The American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula is recruiting volunteers and provides free training for those wishing to become disaster volunteers, who assist families devastated by fires, floods and other disasters.
