Seaford, DE – October 23, 2007 – A family of 2 adults and 2 children were assisted by Red Cross volunteers after a fire destroyed their trailer on Staytonville Rd in Harrington, DE. The family was provided with food, and clothing, by 2 trained disaster volunteers from the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula..

The American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula is recruiting volunteers and provides free training for those wishing to become disaster volunteers, who assist families devastated by fires, floods and other disasters.
