Seven Affected by Home Fire in Camden, DE

Seaford, DE – December 14, 2007 – Two adults their three children, and two grandchildren were assisted by Red Cross volunteers after a fire destroyed their home located on Banning Rd. in Camden, DE. The family was provided with temporary accommodation, food, and clothing, by trained Disaster volunteers from the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula..

The American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula is recruiting volunteers and provides free training for those wishing to become disaster volunteers, who assist families devastated by fires, floods and other disasters. Get trained before a disaster strikes.
