Seaford, DE – December 30, 2007 – A family of one adult and one child were affected by an apartment fire on Betsy Ross Circle in Milford, DE . The families immediate needs were taken care of by trained Disaster Action Team volunteers from the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula.
